1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using LevelsUp (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
LevelsUp is free to download and play. An optional premium tier, “Sovereign,” unlocks cosmetic and premium features. Sovereign is offered as an auto-renewing subscription in three plans:
- Monthly — US$3.99 per month
- Quarterly — US$9.99 every 3 months
- Annual — US$39.99 per year
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. They renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their respective policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to exploit the App;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate XP, progress, or leaderboards;
- disrupt or overload our servers or interfere with other users;
- submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or offensive content (for example, in display names); or
- use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LevelsUp is a motivational and gamification tool; it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or other advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelsUp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. AI-Generated Quests and Personalization
Some features — including AI Quests and personalized recommendations — use automated systems and third-party artificial-intelligence providers (currently Google Gemini) to generate quest suggestions from the profile and goal information you provide during onboarding (for example, your objectives, focus areas, and any constraints you enter).
AI-generated content is provided for motivation and convenience only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and it is not professional medical, psychological, fitness, financial, legal, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any suggested quest is safe and appropriate for you, and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate. Do not attempt any activity that could put your health or safety at risk.
You control how much you share. Providing personalization details is optional; if you leave them out, AI suggestions will be more generic. By using AI features, you consent to your profile and goal information being processed to generate personalized quests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
