1. Overview
On this page you can permanently delete your LevelsUp account and its data by signing in with the Google account you use in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. Before you start: subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Sovereign subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions to stop future charges.
3. Delete your account permanently
Sign in with the Google account you use in LevelsUp. We only use it to find your account.
4. What is deleted
- Your LevelsUp sign-in account.
- Your profile, display name and email address.
- Your quests, quest history, stats, achievements and leaderboard position.
- Notification tokens and other app records linked to your account.
Data stored on your phone cannot be reached from this page — uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
5. What is retained
- Subscription records (plan, status and dates, linked only to a random ID — no name or email) are kept for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires.
- Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat are governed by their own terms.
- Anonymous usage analytics, which never contain your name or email.
6. Deactivating in the app instead
In the app, Profile → Settings → Delete Account deactivates your account: your email address is removed and your display name is hidden, while your name and progress are kept so that signing in again with the same Google account reactivates it. Use this page if you want everything gone for good.
7. Cannot sign in?
If you no longer have access to your Google account, email privacy@levels-up.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
