Delete Your Account

1. Overview

This page explains how to delete your LevelsUp account and the associated data, what is removed, and what is retained. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

2. Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the LevelsUp app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This deactivates your account, removes and anonymizes your personal identifiers (display name and email) on our servers, and purges all app data stored locally on your device.

3. What is deleted

  • Your personal identifiers (display name and email) are removed or anonymized.
  • Your account is deactivated and can no longer be signed into.
  • All LevelsUp data on your device is purged.

4. What is retained (and for how long)

  • Activity logs (completed-quest history) are retained for at most 6 months, then automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup.
  • Subscription records are governed by Google Play and RevenueCat terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions to stop future charges.

5. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@levels-up.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
